Spark plug wires carry spark from the coil pack to the plugs. They have nothing to do with boost. Now, if you had a horrible misfire...
If you want to swap them, just go with NGK's.
edit: Did you have this problem at all before you changed the oil feed line? Is everything clear around your wastegate actuator/arm? Checked turbo for shaft play?...
