Does this apply if you just recently graduated college? Say June of 08? Reason I ask is because Maria is about to get her taxes done. We already know about the student loan interest deduction.

It will apply, but you won't necessarily be eligible based on amount paid, amount of money made, etc.

I see. Well I'm going to print these out and bring them with me to the tax guy and see if she can qualify.
