They have been out since the set that replace the bushings came out. Depending on your drop, they might be hard to adjust without raising and lowering the car. This would just make alignments take longer. As far as how long the ball joints last? No idea. The camber kit that replace the bushings will def outlast a set of ball joints unless you get into an accident that breaks them.

Those ball joints adjust by turning them. you remove our old ones and they fit in the same bushing thats welded in the arm. by turning them, they are shaped like a cam lobe and it will push the Balljoint out or in. problem is they affect your caster as well and you have no way to correct it. with the bushing style camber kits, you can correct camber and maintain the correct caster and toe.
