Yeah i've had that blocked off for several years now..The only thing that happens is during a CEL clearing, or ECU reset, shortly after I start the car, it will stumble and idle like crap for like 30 seconds or so, then trip the CEL for EGR insufficient flow, then it runs like normal anytime after that(as long as i dont reset the ECU again). If you are still utilizing the stock ECU for idle control, ect, then it will still happen..
