361, PMs don't seem to be working?

Every time I try to send a PM, it just takes me to a "Page cannot be displayed" error page. I've tried at home and at work, with firefox and internet explorer, and either way I don't think it works. either that, or dougie2 is just ignoring me.
anybody else having troubles with PMs or is it just me?

If Jeff gets the PM i sent, then i'd say it looks to me like they're working.
Is it a script error, a browser timeout, DNS error? what?

I have no idea. I just hit "send" and then the address bar shows http://forums.2gnt.com/dcboard.php with nothing after it, and the browser gives a "Page cannot be displayed" error, you know that standard internet explorer one. it happens almost instantly after I hit the send button.
