Thanks. I'm planning on documenting my 5 speed swap pretty thoroughly. Mostly I want to make sure that the layout, picture size, etc. is acceptable.

thats an excellent write up, but I can suggest an alternative way of doing the exact same thing......


clay bar treat the lenses, takes about 10 minutes and you don't have to pull the lights out of the car, just a little FYI

I actually tried that as well as just using the Mag Wheel and Aluminum Polish. It worked, but still didn't clear it up enough for me to be happy.

The only reason to use that low of a sandpaper grit is if you want to get rid of some of the pits as well.
