I'm just going to throw this out there... but you have an MSD ignition box or stock or Crane ignition box?
Many, MANY members here as well as on other boards have had their MSD boxes completely fail and give identical results as to what you are experiencing... search for a thread by ETX or Madhatter210 to see what Im talking about.
You need to completely remove it and not just use the bypass jumper.
