do we have to send the old one first or can we send it after we recieve the new one....im a daily driver and work everyday so i cant afford for car to be out a while?

I hate Gude/Bullfrog for their sh!tty quality and customer service fro the past. I have dyno tested Acuras on their horrible head packages and regret sending people to them.

BTW I also Like Howell's *quality*, service and $100 price and turn around

I don't want to speak for Skrilla, but I have a feeling he wasn't at all being sarcastic towards Howell. The overall sentiment on the board is that Howell delivers great products with excellent service to back it up. (You'll find Gary Howell here lurking around every so often with nice posts)

Gude on the other hand has received less than favorable marks here.

I have to second al the good talk about Gary. Howell is great and his products and service are first rate. The couple of problems I've heard have been taken care of wonderfully. Great customer service too.
