I have a 1390 code i have changed every sensor and timing belt water pump
oil pump wire harness and i still have that code
Can someone help me with the car i dont know what else to do

Try borrowing another 98 ECU.
I have a 1998 and had that code. Everything was fine and right. Swapped ECUs, code went away. Then that ECU went into another car and then they were getting 1390.
Of course this is if you have already verified that your timing is on!
