If you have the handbook that came in the glovebox, there should be a page in it with all the info needed to order it by mail. If you go to the dealer, you pay more because there is a handling charge, it gets mailed to THEM , and then YOU drive to THEM and pick it up. You can get it direct. If you can't find the info in your book, let me know. :)
