Is your scanner showing an RPM signal during cranking? It should be..the crank sensor is the main sensor for rpm and spark, so i'd start there to be sure you have power and ground at the crank sensor, and the actual signal coming from the sensor. Both the ASD and fuel pump relays are the same, its your any old typical SPDT 12volt automotive 5 pin relay. You can use a multimeter on the crank sensor to show the pulsed output on the crank sensor output wire during crank as well. I've personally seen issues with relays where the contacts inside were going bad, but it still showed voltage, but had no current potential..YOu can grab a relay at most any stereo/alarm/remote starter install shop..I've used those on my car, as they plug right into the car's socket.
