94, grinding noise....urgh!

same as the other guy, but i changed from fluids to fluids, throw out bearing, input shaft bearing, and the noise still present... how much am i looking at and where i can get a five speed tranny for 95 mitsubishi eclipse..... please help. so i can start saving up for it. thanks
