i just noticed this problem . It will go up to 60mph great then will not go above 60 .Any ideas why .The only thing im using still from the auto is the cluster but is that why its doing that

How do i know which ? It obviously has to be something wrong with one of the 2

start with the vss its a cheaper fix and easier to replace, then tackle the other options
