It could be the slave, but I dunno. Check your fluid levels and try bleeding the clutch. It might work for you. If not, Napa also sells rebuilt slave cylinders for under $40 if I remember right.
LOL. Both my master and slave came from Napa within the last two years. They're good to go, man. No need for OEM, imo.
