just for ur info: it was an older saturn, and the last time i raced him, i had only short ram, and an exhaust. we raced, we were head to head, until 3rd, when he pulled on me.

this time i have CAI and 60mm TB, beat him off the line, and never stopped walking... until my car wouldn't get in gear that is...

p.s. my point is... i still won! lol

p.p.s. please help me out guys.

can you build pressure by pumping the clutch several times?

I had the exact same symptoms, but I my clutch fluid reservoir was empty...so I'm not exactly sure what this is about. I would still try bleeding the system to see if that helps. Run an advanced search for "bleed clutch". If this ends up fixing your problem, I would advise getting a SS clutch line from RRE. You are much less likely to lose pressure in your line with a SS clutch line.

i dont think thats your actual clutch disc but more likely the clutch master cylinder or something related to that.

Sounds like your clutch isnt disengaging at all. Have someone pump the clutch pedal while you look at the slave cylinder on the frontof the trans. You should see the slave cylinder's rod push the engagement fork lever back and forth as the clutch pedal moves up and down. If it barely moves, or not at all, then its a hydrolic problem. If it moves fully, then its a clutch/trans problem.

i had the exact same problem about a year and a half ago. $5 says that if you bleed your clutch line the problem will be solved.

you honestly don't need a new clutch imo...at the most a master/slave cylinder.

but if you have money to burn, go ahead and buy a new clutch (and send me some money too please):+

i did what extremers said to do ^^^ i pressed the pedal down and the fork moves, so i think that its my clutch, and not my hydrolics too. i don't know a lot about cluthes, but is mine a modular or non? i was thinking of getting this one.

http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=2427333130&category=33730

and its a modular, it comes w/ pressure plate, throw out baring, clutch plate, but no alignment tool? can you guys tell me if this one would work?
