We should get one of the mods to split this to a new topic.

Water will condensate within the transmission housing if you haven't driven the car for a while or if you typically drive a couple blocks and let the car cool off. Short trips will not let the internals heat up properly and burn the water off that is naturally in the air.

It's a fact of life here in Louisiana. My grandmother who drives something like 1000-1500 miles a year has water in her oil and transmission just from lack of use.

Change the oil, drive the car for a week or two and see if it is still creamy. If so change it again. If it is still creamy after another week or so, I would find someone who knows more than me to look into your problem.
