41, Tranny making grinding clunking noises!!! Help!! Posted by extreme97nt, Dec-31-69 06:00 PM It seems that when my trans is cold it makes grinding clunking noises. It is only when the clutch is engaged in or out of gear. The noise goes away when I push in the clutch. It also seems to get quieter once it has been driven for a while. I put in a new clutch/throwout bearing a couple months back. (used bg syncroshift as reccomended by the mitsu dealer) Any one have an idea???? TIA:wary | |
