RS, GS, and GST all use 2.25" piping from the catback. There is nothing bigger about either of them. However the GST muffler is said to flow better and have a deeper tone than the RS/GS.

Dont bother upgrading from an RS to a GS exhaust.

no prob, look for a GST exhaust. Those are nice and bolt right up to our exhaust.
