My vote is keep it trade the O5 civic, for a preowned grand cherokee or something used 4 door thats not beat to death so you could build credit. Jeep isnt bad drove many at a jeep dealer I worked for, plus the rear ends are extremely tough dana 30 used for rock crawling. Small information if you get bit by the 4x4 bug.

I cant believe it either. One of the things of being in a car community, your car is you, you are your car. Whenever I put a car to a name and they sell it, it doesnt feel the same. Good luck with the sale, try to find the most deserving person you can, that car needs a good home.

I just sold my Red '05 srt-4 today that's in just as good of condition as your car. If I had sold my 2g today instead, I would be sobbing uncontrollably. You should have no trouble getting 6K out of it.

There are several extras that are available to the buyer (to name a few):
-extra SWIFT drag springs for the rear coilovers (12kg/mm rate, new)
-extra SouthBend DXD pressure plate (new, cosmetic damage from shipping)
-spare front knuckle packages including lower control arms (new, OEM)
-extra AWD blank front rotors (new)

and probably much more little stuff, as we DSMers love to hoard spare shit.
