Hey hey, uhm I have a problem...Well, I still have to sort out my schedule. The manager suddenly scheduled me for a Sunday. And I have never worked on a Sunday. Grrrrr...Anyway, my schedule's from 11:30-4. So...I was just wondering if how long the meet was gonna be. Like is it gonna be an all day thing? Probably dinner perhaps? :-) Well, just suggestions just in case I can't find someone to work for me. Hehehe...

I hope you told your boss that you had that day planned for over a month now. That totally sucks that he did that. Good luck getting out man.

im not exactly sure what it is. havent had time to look at it. but when i was driving around today, my car was heating up FAST. like 3/4 of the way up if i wasnt giving it gas, At idle. As soon as i gave it gas, my temp would go down. I opened the hood and it was very VERY hot! So Im hoping its something simple like being low on water. thanks for the ride offers, maybe i can borrow my moms car, if not ill take u up on the ride offer if im not out of your way.

Hey James, that's what my car's doing too! I dunno if its the thermostat or the weather. Its been doing this also the last meet. Temps rise when idle, then it lowers while driving. Reaches the 3/4 mark, but never above. Try checking the coolant then. Also put the temp knob all the way to hot, so u kinda help out with removing the heat from ur engine bay. Ah sucks, won't be able to go. Enjoy the meet guys. Bring me pics of the hooter girls. }>

Cause instead of a 2 hour drive then it would be 3 I think. Well what time are you guys meeting at the block anyway? I might just might consider that way.

well checked out my car and i wasnt low on coolant but i was a little low on water. maybe that was my problem. hopefully see u guys (and gals ;) ) tommorow!

hey steve, anywhere near the 215 is cool for me. maybe at a fast-food parking lot? or shopping center? Give me exact directions and time. But if we caravan, i cant drive fast (75+). im worried that if i drive her too hard, shes gonna heat up and im gonna end up stranded on the side of the road behind you. im still not sure if the water was the problem. Anyways let me know what u think.

your car shoould be fine. and i hope ur not jes puting water in your radiator. cuz the littlke tank on the side is only for the water/coolant to overflow into. so mix coolant/water into your radiator. drive it around and if it doesnt get hot then youl be fine. and i will also be at the block at 10:30.
