It was the last day for racing this year at Maple Grove. It was cold - like 40s or 50s. LOTs of cars showed up to race. I got 3 runs in and two of them beat my old personal best time. I put all 4 of my 14 inch rims on for the day. Some nice low 60' times for me - around 2.3 all day. My second run I nailed a 15.700 @ 87.9MPH. beating my old personal best by .2 seconds. It was a nice end to the race season for me.

nice JIM congrats. I guess you should have used your 14's for e-town.

Yeah Remy - it'll be nice to beat these monsters that keep lining up against me.

As far as the monster that whopped me there - It was a pretty serious sounding Charger. The first run I had was against a 12 second 65' something or other. Didn't see exactly what it was but it was a nostalgic looking racecar that said "Rumblin ol' 65" on the trunk. That thing was seriously loud. It startled me when he started it rignt next to me. I just wasn't expecting it. I did end up beating a 18 second El Camino on my last run, so that was cool too.

As far as the power mods. Short ram intake, 60mm Jeep TB, Gude cams, Bosal header, test pipe, GST cat-back, AFX UDP, Fields SFC Hyper-R(like a SAFC)....and really bad compression.

Man I knew I had some sucky traction last time I raced but it must be horrible if VX100 is getting the faster times then me at around 5mph slower. What the heck is going on?
